Exchange/Return Policy

We appreciate your business. We're sorry that your order did not work out for you. However, you may still be able to return the item(s) back to us for an exchange or for a refund.  

Here is our policy:

If you would like to request a return/exchange, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Shipping fees paid on the order are not refundable. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. 

Once approved: Returnable items must be received by us within 14 days after approval. Returnable items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition (e.g. unopened and unused). Please use a carrier with tracking and signature confirmation for any return items to prevent any lost goods. Any signs of used products will not be approved for refunds and reshipment of products will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

Exchanges

Changed your mind about a size/color/item? You're welcome to return it back to us for an exchange for another size/color/item if item(s) still in original/sealed condition. Used item(s) will not be processed. We do not charge a restocking fee for exchanged items. In order to do an exchange, simply follow the steps below:

1.) Contact us with 5 days of receipt for exchange approval and return address information.

2.) Once approved, place a NEW order for any NEW items that you would like to order (please order it directly on our website and complete payment)

3.) Return the order/item(s) within 14 days of exchange approval, and also include the order# of the NEW order you placed.

4.) Return will be processed as a refund minus shipping charges. Please include both the order # of the original & new order number in documentation along with your return. Shipping costs both ways are not refundable.

5.)  Please allow the returns department up to 7 business days to process and inspect your return after receiving your items before issuing your refund. That's it! 


Refunds

All returns for refunds will be required a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee of merchandise costs. Returnable items must be received by us within 14 days from the date your return was approved. Returned items must be received in their original packaging unused. If you need to open the package to review / test the item, simply put the item back into the package if the sizing / color does not work. If returned without the original packing, it will not be accepted for a refund if returned. Buyers will be responsible for shipping back to us for refunds. Shipping costs both ways are not refundable.

***All merchandise returned that is not in original packaging will be discarded. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for such merchandise. Closeout/discontinued items are not accepted for returns***
